I am a designer who's favorite medium is wearable art. A number of years ago, I had an early morning driving job. I thought if I just had warmer wrists and hands, I would be more comfortable. I went home and created this pattern. I love fleece wrist warmers because you can chuck them in with your clothes to wash/dry. And they leave your fingers free to operate phones and vehicles. You really never need to take them off! Since then, I have made and sold about 4,000 pairs of wrist warmers! Seriously.

So I don't have to miss sewing, I still offer my gloves seasonally. I never get tired of playing with tree shapes and color combinations.
